Greetings my friends, I hope you have a good day, I'm stopping by to share with everyone what my dinner was yesterday, a delicious tuna sandwich, and tell you how I prepared it, this sandwich is a specialty of the house haha, simple without many ingredients but I assure you that it is exquisite, I was also able to get the bread, which for me is ideal when you want to prepare this type of sandwich, it is a sourdough bread, ciabatta type, it is charming haha, I could eat it alone, it has a crust crunchy, and Inside it is so soft, the truth is that it has me addicted haha, also this bread due to its fermentation processes, is easier to digest, especially I cough if we consume it at night, so now it is one of my favorites, I tell you how prepare it, let's start.
Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients:
Two cans of tuna.
Two tomatoes, the amount will depend on the amount of sandwich you are going to prepare.
Fresh lettuce leaves.
Sourdough bread.
Mustard, I used honey mustard, mayonnaise, to taste.
Half a red pepper.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Olive oil.
Preparation:
1- We uncover the cans of tuna, to add it to a bowl, and prepare the tuna to fill the sandwiches.
2- We start by adding a little salt and pepper to the tuna, then we add a teaspoon of mayonnaise, and two teaspoons of mustard, you can replace the mayonnaise with cream cheese, it is even better, we mix well, until everything is well integrated.
3- Chop the red paprika into small cubes, and add it to the tuna mixture, also add a little olive oil, stir and set aside.
4- We chop the tomato into wheels, wash the lettuce well, organize all the ingredients, and proceed to assemble our sandwiches, I do it, placing the vegetables first and lastly the tuna.
5- Finally we enjoyed this delicious sandwich, full of flavor.

Saludos mis amigos, espero que tengan un buen día, paso por acá para compartir con todos lo que fue mi cena de ayer, un delicioso sándwich de atún, y contarles como lo prepare, este sándwich es una especialidad de la casa jaja, sencillo sin muchos ingredientes pero les aseguro que queda exquisito, además pude conseguir el pan, que para mi es ideal cuando quieres preparar este tipo de sándwich, es un pan de masa madre, tipo ciabatta, es un encanto jaja, podría comerlo solo, tiene una corteza crocante, y por dentro es tan suave, la verdad que me tiene enviciada jaja, además este pan por su procesos de fermentación, es más fácil de digerir, sobre todo toso si los consumimos en la noche, así que ahora es uno de mis favoritos, les cuento como lo prepare, empezamos.
Sándwich de Atún
Ingredientes:
Dos latas de atún.
Dos tomates, la cantidad dependerá de la cantidad de sándwich que vayan a preparar.
Hojas de lechuga frescas.
Pan de masa madre.
Mostaza, yo use mostaza con miel, mayonesa, al gusto.
Medio pimentón rojo.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Aceite de oliva.
Preparación:
1- Destapamos las latas de atún, para agregarlo a un bol, y preparar, el atún para rellenar los sándwiches.
2- Empezamos agregando al atún, un poco de sal, y pimienta, seguidamente añadimos una cucharadita de mayonesa, y dos cucharaditas de mostaza, pueden sustituir la mayonesa por queso crema, queda aún mejor, mezclamos bien, hasta que todo este bien integrado.
3- Picamos el pimentón rojo en cuadritos pequeños, y se lo agregamos a la mezcla de atún, agregamos también un poquito de aceite de oliva, revolvemos y reservamos.
4- Picamos el tomate en ruedas, lavamos bien la lechuga, ordenamos todo los ingredientes, y procedemos a armar nuestros sándwiches, yo lo hago, colocando primero los vegetales y por ultimo el atún.
5- Por último disfrutamos de esta delicia de sándwich, lleno de sabor.
