I was tasting Arabian food, I confess that when I was invited to eat I had no idea what I was going to eat, I had never tasted this kind of food either.
When I arrived at Ekaalee, the restaurant of the clinic where I work, we were having lunch there to celebrate the recognition that had recently been given to one of the ingredients of the board of directors, they were already serving the starter, it looked good and was well presented.
As soon as they served it to me, I started to taste it without knowing, I kept tasting it and I liked it more and more, there were some of my companions who did not like it, while we were still eating this, someone commented if the falacel were good, at that moment I knew what I was eating hahaaa ... for me they were croquettes. .. for me they were chickpea croquettes, these were accompanied by a very spicy meat roll but tolerable to the palate and one that also had a strong flavor seemed spicy barbiquio, I was not very sure but it was very rich I ate it all.
Then for the main course we were already wondering what they were going to serve, the time came and it was a shawarma, I had heard mention of this dish, but I had not tried it either, at least not with as many condiments as this one, you could feel the taste of pepper, cumin and spicy, it was very good too, I ate it all.

Feliz Domingo queridos amigos amantes de la buena comida, espero hayan tenido un merecido descanso y que esta semana que comienza sea de abundantes bendiciones para todos.
Yo estuve degustando comida árabe, les confieso que cuando me invitaron a almorzar no tenía idea de que iba a comer, tampoco había probado este tipo de comida.
Cuando llegue a Ekaalee el restaurante de la clínica donde trabajo, allí almorzariamos para festejar el reconocimiento que hace poco le hicieran a uno de los ingredientes de la directiva, ya estaban sirviendo la entrada, se veía bueno y bien presentado.
En cuanto me sirvieron, comencé a probar sin saber, seguía probando y me gustaba más, hubieron algunos de mis compañeros aos que no les gustó, entrando en conversación mientras seguimos desgastando esto alguien comenta si estaban buenos los falacel, en ese momento supe lo que estaba comiendo jajaaa... para mi eran croquetas de garbanzos, estos estaban acompañado de un rollo de carne muy condimentada pero tolerable al paladar y una sala que también tenía un sabor fuerte parecía barbiquio picante, no estuve muy segura pero estaba muy sabroso me lo comí todo.
Luego como plato fuerte ya nos estábamos preguntando qué irán a servir, llego el momento y fue una shawarma, este platillo lo había escuchado mencionar, pero tampoco lo había probado, por lo menos no con tantos condimentos como este, se podía sentir el sabor de la pimienta, del comino y del picante, estaba muy bueno también me lo comí todo las porciónes, no eran pequeñas pero tampoco era mucha cantidad yo quedé bien y satisfecha.
