Today I would like to share with you a quick and easy recipe that I prepared for breakfast on the weekend, it is a ripe banana empanada stuffed with cheese, here is the explanation of how I made them I hope you like it.

Ingredients:
2 yellow bananas
1 teaspoon of butter
2 tablespoons of corn flour
300 grams of cheese
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of oil

Preparation:

The first thing I did was to remove the skin from the plantains and then cook over medium heat until they change color.

Remove from the heat, add 1 teaspoon of butter and mash until you get a puree, then add 2 tablespoons of corn flour, integrating the ingredients very well.

Grate the cheese and set aside.

Continue spreading the banana dough in a previously greased bag, fill with 1 tablespoon of cheese and close with the help of a cup in the shape of a moon.

Preheat 2 cups of oil and fry until golden brown.

I tell you that the banana empanadas were very tasty, although I confess that they were not crispy, the next time I make them I thought I will put them in the oven to see how they are, I can also tell you that 1 banana yields 5 empanadas. I hope you like it and put it into practice.

Saludos mis queridos amigos amantes de la buena comida, feliz inicio de semana les envío un abrazo a todos me da gusto compartir de nuevo en esta maravillosa comunidad.
Hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes una receta fácil y rápida que prepare para el desayuno del fin de semana, se trata de una empanada de platano maduro rellenas de queso, acá les dejo la explicación de como las hice espero les guste.

Ingredientes:
2 platanos amarillos
1 cucharadita de mantequilla
2 cucharadas de de harina de maíz
300 grs de queso
1 pizca de sal
2 tazas de aceite

Preparación:

Lo primero que hice fue retirar la piel de los platanos y luego cocinar a fuego medio, hasta que cambien de color.

Retirar del fuego, agregar 1 cucharadita de mantequilla y triturar hasta obtener un puré, para luego agregar 2 cucharadas de harina de maíz, integrando muy bien los ingredientes.

Rayar el queso y reservar.

Continuar extendiendo la masa de platano en una bolsa previamente engrasada, rellenar con 1 cucharada de queso y cerrar con ayuda de una taza dando forma de luna.

Previamente precalentar 2 tazas de aceite y freír hasta dorar.

Les cuento que las empanadas de platano quedaron muy sabrosas, aunque que les confieso que no quedaron crujientes, la próxima vez que las haga creí que las voy a meter en el horno l para ver que tal, también les puedo decir que de 1 platanos salen 5 empanadas. Espero les guste y lo pongan en práctica.
