Hola hola gente bonita de Hive, el día d hoy les mostraré la parrilla que realice el pasado domingo, porque yo soy fan de comer y más si es en brasas, .

Hello hello beautiful people of Hive, today I will show you the grill I made last Sunday, I am a fan of eating and even more so if it is on the grill.

Para sto vamos a necesitar:

For this we will need:

Costillas de cerdo
Salsa BBQ
Sal
Adobo para carne
Carbón
Vegetales de tu preferencia (calabacín, cebolla y pimentón)

Pork ribs
BBQ sauce
Salt
Meat marinade
Charcoal
Vegetables of your choice (zucchini, onion, and bell pepper)

Principalmente hay que encender la parrilla, y estuve aprendiendo un poco el domingo, con una capa de cartón, una de papel absorbente con grasa(de ese que le pones abajo cuando fríes papas, no lo tires, te puede servir) y el carbón arriba. Al ir prendiendo el papel prepará los carbones y listo.

Mainly you have to light the grill, and I was learning a little on Sunday, with a layer of cardboard, one of absorbent paper with grease (the kind you put underneath when you fry potatoes, don't throw it away, it might be useful) and the coal on top. As the paper lights, prepare the coals and that's it.

Y luego lo más importante marinar bien la costilla con mucha salsa, sal y adobo horas antes de montar.

And then the most important thing is to marinate the ribs well with lots of sauce, salt and seasoning hours before assembling.

Estará en la parrilla al rededor de una hora, con mucha vigilancia, y los vegetales con unos minutos está bien.

It will be on the grill for about an hour, with close supervision, and vegetables will do just fine after a few minutes.

Puedes ir agregando más salsa, a medida que se va asando para obtener un sabor más concentrado.

You can add more sauce as it roasts to get a more concentrated flavor.

Para servir corta las costillas una por una y acompaña con pan.

To serve, cut the ribs one by one and serve with bread.
