That looks awesome. I make chilli paste out of scotch bonnet peppers which are nowhere near as hot but I love the flavour. Never thought of adding basil!

Oh nice, I need to make a paste with a pepper that is a more normal heat and not used for chemical weapons.. lol

Yeah it is a nice flavor, we have so much of it growing on my porch I try to use it in everything.

Hehe, that's why I stopped using Naga chillies and the like as I was trying to get more flavour into my dishes. I do love a bit of fire heat tho!
