Greetings, my friends! ❤️

I have always thought that relationships, whether it is a couple, family or friendships, should always seek to maintain bonds of love, peace and especially to find days to share with the ones we love, because I have always maintained that life is ephemeral, today we are and tomorrow we do not know.

In the midst of all the busyness of everyday life, I had not had the opportunity to spend time alone with my husband. We had a trip already scheduled to another state in our country due to my father-in-law's health. So my husband asked me to leave early to do some shopping to leave our children what they needed at home and then at noon he invited me to enjoy a delicious lunch for the two of us.

So we agreed that after shopping we would go to lunch and then finish squaring things for the trip with our in-laws. The day arrived and we left at about 10:30 in the morning, we bought what was needed at home and we returned at about 11:30 in the morning, I left everything organized and we headed to the place where my husband invited me to lunch.

This place is called Galería in my city, it is a very large super market which has a grocery area, deli and bakery, pet area, pharmacy and bakery with an area where lunches are sold by weight. When we arrived the place was not so crowded because of the time, we approached the food court to see what was available, when I looked at the soup I said my favorite, but I thought no, today is a special day so the food must be different.

When I looked at the dishes I really wanted to enjoy them all. But there is one thing that makes my mouth water and that is the famous pork ribs which we always order when we go to Chinese restaurants. There were barbecued ribs and the best one is with spicy ones. I ordered a combo plate with these two. I went to my table and when my husband arrived with this dish I was immediately enveloped by its aroma. I wanted to enjoy them already. So I immediately took my fork and knife and began to eat a roasted rib, I tell you that its flavor was more than I expected, one of the things I enjoy a lot of this food are the white bones that they bring and are called cartilage.

Uff it was really delicious and on point, then I took a bite of the spicy one and felt the glory in my mouth. I have always liked spicy food, certainly this rib was super delicious, every sip was like being in heaven. So I enjoyed it a little at a time, without rushing. I recommend this place to those who live in my city of Cumaná, Sucre state. Good service, immediate attention, affordable price, a super cozy place and the best thing is the taste of your food and if you also feel like a good dessert or coffee to taste after finishing your special dish this is the right place. Siempre he pensado que las relaciones ya sea de pareja, de familia o amistades, siempre deben de buscar mantener lazos de amor, de paz y especialmente buscar días para compartir con los seres que amamos, ya que siempre he mantenido que la vida es efímera, hoy estamos y mañana no sabemos.

Entre tantas ocupaciones de la vida cotidiana, no había tenido la oportunidad de compartir con mi esposo a solas. Teníamos un viaje ya programado a otro estado de nuestro país por motivo de salud de mi suegro. Así que mi esposo me pidio salir temprano para hacer algunas compras para dejarles a nuestros hijos lo que necesitaban en casa y luego a horas del mediodía me invitó para disfrutar un delicioso almuerzo para nosotros dos.

Así que quedamos que luego de las compras iríamos a almorzar y luego terminar de cuadrar las cosas del viaje con nuestros suegros. Llegó el día y salimos a eso de las 10; 30 de la mañana compramos lo que se necesitaba en casa y retornamos a eso de las 11: 30 de la mañana, deje todo organizado y emprendimos el rumbo al lugar donde mi esposo me invito a almorzar.

Este lugar se llama Galería en mi ciudad es un super mercado muy amplio el cual cuanta, con zona de víveres, charcuteria y panadería, zona pet, farmacia y panadería con zona de venta de almuerzos por peso. Al llegar el lugar no estaba tan concurrido por la hora, nos acercamos a la zona de comidas para ver qué había a disposición, cuando mire la sopa dije mi favorita, pero pensé no, hoy es un día especial así que la comida debe ser diferente.

Cuando observe los platillos realmente quería disfrutar de todos. Pero hay algo que me pone agua mi boca y esas son las famosas costillas de cerdos las cuales siempre pedimos cuando vamos a comer a restaurantes chinos. Había costillas asadas y la mejor es con picantes. Pedí un plato combinado con estás dos. Me dirigí a mi mesa y cuando mi esposo llegó con este platillo de inmediato su aroma me envolvió. Ya quería disfrutarlas. Así que de inmediato tome mi tenedor y cuchillo y comencé a comer una costilla asada, les cuento que su sabor era más de lo que esperaba, una de las cosas que disfruto mucho de esta comida son los huesitos blancos que ellas traen y que son llamados cartilagos.

Uff realmente estaba delicioso y en su punto, luego tome una presa de la picante y sentí la gloria en mi boca. Siempre me ha gustado la comida picante, ciertamente está costilla estaba super deliciosa, cada sorbo era como estar en el cielo. Asi que me las disfrute de a poquito, sin apuros. Les recomiendo este lugar a los que residen en mi ciudad de Cumaná, estado Sucre. Buen servicio, atención inmediata, accesible el precio, un lugar súper acogedor y lo mejor el sabor de su comida y si también tienes ganas de un buen postre o café para degustar luego de terminar tu platillo especial este es el lugar indicado.
