Greetings to this wounderful community.
I welcome you guys once again to my blog this afternoon. I hope you guys are doing well in your various places,I bring a new recipe that I made for my family this afternoon.

Yesterday I went to the market to buy some certain things we need in the house ,As I was walking across ,I jam this our old local foodstuff called palm fruits.

My grandmother alway use this palm fruits to make banga Sauce for us,and it was very nice.so today I decided to make it for my family.

#INGRIENDIENTS NEEDED#

Palm fruits
Fresh pepper
A tablespoon of salt
I pieces of Kpomo meat(Kanda)
Dry fish
I bulb of onions
One tablespoon of curry spice
Four sticks of Scent leafs
Four cups of Rice
Water

#HOW I MADE My BANGA SAUCE#

Firstly I washed my palm fruits and put in my pot ,Add a little water to boil and light my gas cooker for cooking it.after cooking it I put into my mortar and pound,After pounding I bring it out and add a water for Seiving,After seiving it, I put the water in the pot and boil.

I washed my pepper,My onions,my kpomo with salt and my dry fish and set aside.

Then I sliced my kpomo meat,washed my dry fish,slice my onions and scent leaves and set aside.

After boiling for some minutes,I Add my onions,My crayfish,My curry spice,my boiled meat,And my scent leaf and close my pot for it to boil.

After one hour,my banga sauce(Oge Akwa) was ready to serve.
Then I washed my rice and boil for some minutes and it was ready.my banga sauce and rice was ready to serve.

I haven't eaten Banga in a while. It looks yummy
