Dont you worry. I make snaps soo quick so nobody can see me 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Same reason as you, sometimes I think this is bad and not approved. But it is Lol.
I dont know what to teach you. It depends on the people and culture of the place I guess. I often dont take photos in the restaurants either.. just when I feel in the mood to do it.

when I take a phone to make photos I fell like those stupid bloggers who live with a cam all the time:)) you're so great in food photos, you must earn money on it;)

But I also feel wierd taking photos in restaurants when nobody else is doing this so I totally agree with u :))
