How's everyone here?I hope you are all doing good today.Its been a long time since I posted some food blogs and glad today I have something to share with you here.
While scrolling up on other social media platform I saw a video about it and it got me an idea what to prepare for our snacks.
Thinking what prepare for our meals or snacks makes me feel crazy sometimes lol.
Good thing that by scrolling any social media platform ,I got some idea what to prepare for the family.
All you have to prepare is this following ingredients.
-Banana(unripe)
-sugat
-venigar
-coooking oil.
With that few ingredients we can make a simple snacks for the family.
How to prepare it?
First we need to peel off the banana .It one of the hardest part on preparing it since it is not het ripe ,the banana peel is slightly hard to remove.
In peeling it be sure to use a gloves since it's not yet ripe,the banana gum is sticky and it is but hard to remove from you hands.So for a safety ,just wear a gloves.
Next we have to slice it thinly.Much better to use a slice for an easy to slice but then we don't have it so I sliced it manually.
This is ready to fry.We need to heat a pan and while waiting for the cooking oil to be heated.We will prepare the secret ingredients to make our banana chips more crunchy.
Just prepare a venigar and sugar.I don't have any measurement on it ,just estimate the amount of the ingredients.
In a bowl I added sugar and mix it well with venigar.
We will add the mixture to the slice banana while frying it.
This mixture will add a sweet taste and crunchiness.
Some people don't use this to make the banana crunchy ,instead they will the dry the slice banana under the sun and by that it will make the banana chips more crunchy.
Just continue frying and don't forget to add the venigar and sugar mixture .
And here'sy crunch banana chips for our snacks.
And that's how it done.A simple snacks recipe and a low budget as well.
