For today's blog I will be sharing a dessert recipe .
It's a seasons of mango ,you can see more mangos with different varieties wherever you go now in our country since it's a season of mango.
I remember when I was a kid ,we used to stole from our neighbor mango tree haha ,but most of the time we're picking up those fallen from the ground coz were have'nt a mango tree fruit.
But now we have some mangos beside our house ,we have also many mango trees in my husband place.
And today ,we decided to make a mango Tapioca dessert.But then it is failed haha but still it's good and delicious,let's find out how it failed.
Mango tapioca
Ingredients
-mango
-gulaman
-condense milk
-evaporated milk
-tapioca pearl
-gulaman
-sugar
Procedure
First make a gulaman ,in a pot add 1.5liters of water for the sachet of gulaman powder.Add 5 spoons of sugar.
When it boiled ,put it a container and wait til it cold then make a small cubes by slicing it.
And this is the failed part haha.
My sister didn't know that it needs first to soak with water before boiling it and I think it was overcooked coz it becomes so sticky.So we did'nt add all coz it did'nt separated .
Prepare the mango and make a small slices.
Then started mixing all the ingredients.
Look at the tapioca pearl haha it didn't separate form each other lol!
After mix all the ingredients put it in a fridge for about 4-5hours then serve with love!
We forgot to add cheese for a better taste.
It may failed with the ingredients and lack of one as well but I can say that still it's good and delicious🤤
