My simple version of beefsteak!

In making our dish ,we have our different version.And by doing that ,we can explore and learn different things.

What's up hivers?How's everyone?I hope you are all doing great today.
For today's blog ,I will be sharing to you my version of beefsteak..

My mother inlaw bought 2 kilos of beef meat last day .I made a soup for the bone part since they really love a dish soup.
And the rest ,was I planned to make a beefsteak and that's what I prepared for our lunch today.

This version of mine is so easy and a low budgeted as well.

We just need this following ingredients..

  • Beef meat
    -soysauce
    -lemon or calamansi juice
    -garlic and onion
    -cooking oil
    -cornstarch
    -seasoning
    -and water

First slice the meat thinly.

Anyway ,the best time to slice the meat is after it is bit frozen ,believe me it is easily to slice hihi.
But before slicing it ,make sure to remove the fats .

After slicing it ,place it in the chopping board ,cover it with a cling wrap and used a tenderizer but since I don't have that kind of utensil,I only used this wooden spoon we have here hihi.

And this is how it looks like after using the tenderizer.
By doing it ,it can make the meat easily to cook and of course the ingredients will absorb the meat.

We can now prepare the ingredients we needed to marinate the meat.

Just slice the onion and garlic and add the calamansi juice and seasoning much better if you have a black pepper but I don't have it now and got tired to buy since we are bit far from the market.

Mix it all and marinate for about two hours but since we are in hurry as I am preparing this almost 11 in the morning ,I only marinate it for 30 minutes.
More time to marinate much better .

After marinating it , prepare the lan add a cooking oil and fry the meat.
Don't throw the sauce from marinating ,were gonna use this after frying the meat.

After frying it ,add the sauce from the marinate and cover the pan to cook make the meat more tender.

When the meat is tender ,try to taste if you satisfied with the taste.

Melt one spoon of cornstarch and add it.

When the sauce becomes thick ,sprinkle it with ring onions and serve.
