Friends, how are you guys? I hope you guys are doing well. Friends, on holidays, my wife and I make something new for breakfast. Yesterday was the last day of the year, so my wife prepared to make "Thalipeeth", I asked her to chop onion, coriander, chili, etc.

I immediately cut everything and gave it away. Friends, "Thalipeeth" is a substance made in Maharashtra, which is also called "Dhapate" in Marathi. It is a tasty, spicy, and beneficial substance for the body. Because flour of wheat, sorghum, millet, etc. is used in it. Which is very beneficial. So let's see how Thalipeeth is made.

Ingredients to Make:
two bowls wheat flour
one bowl jowar flour
half bowl millet flour
half bowl gram flour
Chop half a bowl of green coriander and chop a big onion.
Coriander powder, one spoon; celery, cumin powder, half spoon
Grind garlic and chilli and take it. Half teaspoon turmeric and salt as per taste (as per requirement).

Method of Making:
Mix the four flours mentioned above, add chopped onion, green coriander, and all the other ingredients. Add turmeric salt as per taste, garlic chilli paste, etc. Add a little water, and make the dough.

Take a small cotton cloth, wet it, put a ball of dough on it, and make it like a roti with your hands. And pick it up with the cloth, put it in the pan, and remove the cloth. And apply ghee to both sides and cook on the pan. And delicious, spicy, and delicious Thalipeeth is ready. You can eat it on a plate with curd, pickles, schezwan chutney, or dry chutney.
