What a mess that potato made. I have never seen one explode like that. We had some leftover brussels sprouts, and I heated them in the microwave last night, one exploded and what a mess one can make. I love stewed tomatoes. I use them in chilli and I make a dish where I brown pork chops and put them with rice over the chops and bake.
