Welcome to my blog . I am so glad that you are here again. This is my 56th blog of good food good mood series. Today first time i am going to share the recipe of an ice-cream 🍦🍧🍨. That is Mango Ice Cream.
Summer season is going on. Summer season is incomplete without the king of fruits : mango 🥭.
I have not made a food blog for a long time...and the first blog of the summer season. And for this it is connected to Mango 😜.
This week i tried 2 mango ice-cream recipe, first was my experiment which was superb ...and second time i get idea from you tube and try it. Which recipe i would like to share with you.
When the sun is shining with its full power, and nature is giving us mangoes, than why not to make a delicious treat for us to refreshing ourselves and the family.
Homemade ice cream is a love and emotion which gives ultimate happiness. We can make it with simple ingredients with less efforts and results turned out superb. This time i made mango ice-cream with simple method.

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Mango 2+1
- Milk 1 bowl
- Milk powder 1 bowl
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp
- Cream 1 bowl
PROCESS ✅
Step 1:
First simply collect all ingredients.
Now peel of the mangoes and cut in the small pieces.
STEP 2 :
Take a jar, put half bowl milk, milk powder, sugar and cream , now grind it for some seconds.
Keep aside some mixture in the bowl.
STEP 3 :
Now in remaining mixture mix the mango pieces and milk 1/2 bowl. Again grind it for some seconds.

Now the icecream mixture is ready to freeze.
First taste it, If you need to make some adjustments, do so. Now freeze it for 2-3 hours first.
Transfer in a box, cover it with paper and freeze it.
Here i freeze both for 3 hours.
STEP 4 :
After 3 hours, i take a mango, cut in the small pieces and put in that icecream like that.
Now spread that another mixture like this . (This is totally optional, you can skipped this process).
Adding that small pieces of mango enhance the taste. When we get ice cream that mango piece give superb taste.
STEP 5 :
Now again freeze it for 7-8 hours, and wait for the ice cream.
When the ice cream set well , enjoy it. You can enjoy it with the cone aur in the bowl.
