Hello friends, I hope you are doing well. Welcome to my new recipe post. Actually, I have been making fish recipes for several days. I really like eating fish. Our local fish are very good and they are available at a very cheap price in our country. However, I caught fish with a spear.

I got quite a lot of fish yesterday, which is why I cooked these small fish today. They taste very delicious, especially if they are cooked with potatoes. However, our country's cuisine is very spicy. A lot of spices are used. Anyway, today I am making this recipe for you, I hope you like it.

Ingredients 🐟

  • Medium size fish – 5
  • Potato (chopped) – Β½ kg
  • Onion – As much (sliced)
  • Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder – Β½ teaspoon
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – As much
  • Water – as required
  • Green chillies – 5/6
  • Fenugreek leaves – a little (for garnish)

First, I took some green chilies and then I mashed them. I like cooking these curries with green chilies very much. It can be seen that the spicy taste remains in the curries. Anyway, after mashing them well, I added some water to them.

Then I chopped some onions with the mashed green chili paste. Then I started mashing them again. Then I added some more spices. Then I added some more garlic to them. Then I mashed them all again. Then I took some fish and along with it some grated potatoes.

Then I added turmeric powder to the grated potatoes. Salt powder. I also added the spice paste. Then I mixed them well with my hands.

Then I put my small fish on them and then I mixed them well again. If it is not mixed well then it will definitely be bad to eat. The spices must reach inside it.

Then I took water and added enough water. Then I put my curry on the stove. After ten minutes of cooking, I opened the lid again and added some water and cooked it for another ten minutes.

Finally my beautiful recipe was ready. I brought some sajan leaves from outside. Then I decorated them nicely. I hope you will like this recipe post of mine.
