What's up, hivers?

I baked a banana cake because it’s nice to eat something sweet, especially when it’s delicious. While I was scrolling through Facebook, a video of someone making banana cake popped up, and it looked so yummy. Without any hesitation, on my way home, I stopped by the grocery store to buy the ingredients and also went to the market to get some overripe bananas.

Here are the ingredients for the banana cake:
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup olive oil
4 pieces of overripe bananas
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs

And chocolate chips are optional.
it’s up to you if you want to add them.

This is an overripe banana — I mashed it finely, and once it was well mashed.

I added 1 and 1/2 cups of flour, then mixed in sugar, egg, and oil until the texture was just right.

When it looked good, I added chocolate chips and mixed again, saving some for the topping.

Then I placed it in a preheated pot since we don’t have an oven. After 45 minutes, I used a toothpick to check if it was done — when nothing stuck to it, that meant it was cooked.

Finally, it was done, and I was so happy with the result! It was my first time baking banana cake, and for me, it turned out perfect.

I transferred it to a plate, sliced it to taste, and it was really delicious! I promise, my fellow Hivers, you should try this recipe!
