Greetings to everyone here am happy to be here once again is a previlage to be here.
Today I made this wonderful recipe for my husband he loves eating creamy things I have to make this creamy potato salad with egg.
This is my first time prepare this type of salad before and am glad my husband loves it even the kids has to join him in eating the salad.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 egg
1 medium potato
2 sechet of cream
1/2 tablespoon of dry pepper
1/2 medium Onions
Salt to taste
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first peel my potatoes and boil and also boil my egg when boiling my potatoes I will add salt.
While waiting for my potatoes to be done I will now wash and slice my onions and my carrot.
I will now bring my potatoes down and slice them into smaller pieces I will also bring my egg down and peel.
After cutting my potatoes I will put in a clean bowl add my slice onions and carrots I will also add my pepper.
I will now cut my egg and add.
In a clean plate I will now empty my two sachet of cream mix it with little water and add.
I will now stir them together.
Here my creamy potato salad is ready.
I love this potato salad and am glad I made something new for my family and my husband really enjoyed it.
