Delicious cassava flakes combine with cow skin for elderly person

Greetings to my great community as always happy and excited to be here and to share my recipe here, this is a recipe we love so much here in my country and this recipe will be enjoyed in so many ways and with so many things to combine with.

Today I made this recipe for elderly person that came to my house today this recipe is popularly know as ABACH in our language and is gotten from cassava (cassava flakes) I have to add meat because is for elderly person.
But normal meat will not go down well with it so am using cow skin (Canada)

INGREDIENTS USED
1/4 paint of cassava flakes
4 piece of fresh pepper
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
5 stems of garden egg leaf
1/4 cup of red oil
Some cow skin
2 tablespoon of NGO
Water.

NGO is burnt dry plantains peel sock in water and take the water
NGO water is an oil thickener.

PROCEDURE
I will first get my ingredients ready by washing and cutting my onions, garden egg leaf and peppers.
I will also wash and cut my cow skin.

In a clean pot I will put my cow skin add water and salt and cook till my cow skin gets soft and I will keep aside.

In a clean bowl I will put my cassava flakes and pour hot water on them cover and allow for some minutes I will now drain the water.

In a clean bowl I will put my red oil add my NGO, and stir till is very thick and yellowish,I will now add my onions, my salt and my pepper and stir very well and add my cow skin and stir them together.

I will now add my cassava flakes and stir and add my garden egg leaf and stir very well.

Here my cassava flakes is ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch please friends do well to give it a try.
This will go down with palm wine or anything chilled.
