Greetings to you all and my co_lovers , I bring to you all another recipe.
So yesterday my husband traveled on a business trip, reaching there he saw something very new to him he saw someone frying plantains with egg for breakfast for her children.
Seeing that my husband called me to prepare the same thing for his kids for breakfast and checking my kitchen I realize that plantain has finished is only potatoes and I said to myself while not try something new I say let me try it with potatoes.
Let's go with the ingredients.
4 pieces of Potatoes
1/2 cup of Groundnut oil
1 piece Carrot
Fresh pepper to taste
1 fresh Egg
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
5pieces of Green beans
PROCEDURE
First wash your potatoes after washing you peel after peeling you slice your potatoes into small piece.
Wash your frying pan and put on fire when is dry you add your groundnut oil.
Once your groundnut oil is hot you now put your potatoes make sure you put salt in your potatoes before frying.
Wash your egg or eggs if you are trying large quantity because am trying a small quantity because my husband traveled is only me and my two kids the other of my baby is still small to eat.
Aftering washing break you egg (eggs) and put in a bowl.
Add your onion, your pepper, your green beans, your carrot and salt turn them together very well.
You now put the potatoes and the egg together and also turn them together.
Also put a small quantity of ground oil in your frying pan and now put your potatoes and eggs in the frying pan after 30sec your yummy potatoes and eggs are ready.
You can use this meal for breakfast, for lunch and also for dinner.
