Good afternoon, fellow lovers of good food and delicious dining experiences.

Sunday was a special day for us, so Ricardo and I decided to go out for sushi to celebrate. It had been exactly one year since I had eaten this food. The truth is that it is delicious but a little expensive. We had already checked out the restaurant we were going to because there are few options nearby. It is located in the La Coromoto neighborhood in San Francisco, Zulia, Venezuela, and its name is Street 171.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and modern décor, with some elements that stand out, such as the color red, which I feel gives the place energy, a clock with a world map, and wooden boats and bridges on the bar for serving sushi. There are many tables for diners, although there weren't many people there when we visited, which was great because we were immediately attended to by a waiter.

It was my second time eating there, and there I was, choosing from a menu with a sea of options available. We spent a few minutes trying to choose, so we had to ask for help. Since we don't know much about sushi, we asked some questions we had, and the waiter recommended the best ones.

Ricardo chose French fries as a starter for both of us, as well as a vulcan roll, which is made with fish, plantain, green onion, and cream cheese, with a honey, mustard, and sesame dressing. I had a chicken roll, which was also filled with ingredients similar to the vulcan roll, except that the dressing included BBQ sauce. To be honest, I didn't want to eat much fish because I was feeling sick with the flu.

Our order took almost 30 minutes to arrive. First, they brought us the appetizer, which we devoured quickly because we were quite hungry. Ten minutes later, they served us our sushi rolls. Ricardo's were covered with shredded fish and different dressings, while mine were covered with lots of chicken strips.

First I tried the chicken, which was very crispy and delicious. The rolls were delicious, I really like that they have yellow plantain inside, but I felt they needed a little more cream cheese since they were tempura-fried. As for the toppings, they went perfectly with the BBQ sauce. I also tried one of Ricardo's rolls, and it was delicious. I felt that his had the cream cheese that mine were missing.

The experience was great, next time I promise to eat sushi rolls with fish.

El domingo fue un día especial para nosotros, así que Ricardo y yo, decidimos ir por Sushi para celebrar, tenía exactamente un año sin comer esta comida, la verdad es que es deliciosa pero un poco costosa, ya habíamos revisado previamente al restaurante donde íbamos a ir porque son pocas las opciones que tenemos cerca, se encuentra ubicado en la Urbanización La Coromoto, en San Francisco, Zulia, Venezuela, y su nombre es: Street 171.

El restaurante tiene un ambiente agradable y una decoración con toques modernos, además de algunos elementos entre los cuáles destacaba el color rojo, lo cuál siento le da fuerza al lugar, un reloj con un Mapamundi, en su barra tienen algunos barcos y puentes de madera para servir el sushi, disponen de muchas mesas para sus comensales aunque para el momento de nuestra visita no habían tantos, lo cuál fue excelente porque inmediatamente nos atendió un mesero.

Era mi segunda vez comiendo y ahí estaba yo eligiendo en su menú con todo un mar de opciones disponibles, tuvimos unos minutos intentando elegir así que tuvimos que pedir ayuda como somos pocos conocedores del sushi preguntamos algunas dudas que teníamos y el mesero nos recomendo las mejores.

Ricardo eligió unas papas fritas de entrada para los dos además de un vulcan roll, que esta compuesto de pescado, plátano, cebollín y queso crema, con un aderezo de miel, mostaza y ajonjolí y yo un chiken roll que también venía relleno con ingredientes similares al vulcan roll solo que el aderezo incluía salsa BBQ, la verdad no quería comer mucho pescado porque tenía malestar de gripe.

Nuestro pedido demoró casi 30 minutos en llegar, primero nos llevaron la entrada la cuál devoramos rápidamente porque teníamos bastante apetito, 10 minutos después nos sirvieron nuestros rollos de sushi, los de Ricardo venían cubiertos con pescado desmenuzado y distintos aderezos, por otra parte los míos venían cubiertos con muchas tiras de pollo.

Primero probé el pollo, estaba muy crujiente y delicioso, los rollos estaban deliciosos, me gusta mucho que lleven plátano amarillo en su interior, pero sentí que les faltaba un poco de queso crema ya que eran tempurizados, en cuanto a los aderezos tenían una perfecta combinación con la salsa BBQ, también comí un rollo del platillo de Ricardo, y estaba riquísimo, sentí que los suyos tenían el queso crema que le faltaba a los míos.
