Hace unos días para celebrar mi aniversario de matrimonio mi esposo acostumbra a tener algún detalle conmigo sin importar la distancia, me dijo que fuera por mi comida favorita ese mismo día pero por trabajo no lo hice, pero el viernes fuí por mi comida, como no quería ir sola así que fuí a comer con las niñas y mis hermanos, a un sitio de comida rápida llamado: "La esquina del tumbarrancho".

La Esquina del Tumbarrancho, queda ubicado muy cerca de mi casa, justamente en una esquina y anteriormente solo ofrecían la venta de tumbarranchos para quiénes no lo saben es una arepa rebosada rellena con distintos ingredientes como pollo, carne o mortadela, ese es el origen de su nombre, actualmente tiene un menú más amplio, siendo muy sincera yo tenía años sin comer ahí porque habían desmejorado un poco su servicio, pero peo alguna decidí volver para volver a vivir la experiencia gastronómica.

Tomamos una mesa dentro del establecimiento, aunque disponen de unas que quedan muy cerca de una avenida, en el menú habían opciones como tumbarranchos, panes, hamburguesas, tequeños, patacones, entre otros, mi hermano eligió una hamburguesa de pollo, mi hermana una tumbarrancho de carne desmechada, las niñas tequeños y yo un patacón de pollo, una mesera muy amable tomó mi pedido.
We took a table inside the establishment, although they have some that are very close to an avenue, in the menu there were options such as tumbarranchos, breads, hamburgers, tequeños, patacones, among others, my brother chose a chicken burger, my sister a tumbarrancho of shredded beef, the girls tequeños and I a chicken patacon, a very kind waitress took my order.
La primera comida en llegar fueron los tequeños de mi pequeña, no puedo decirles que tan buenos estaban porque no me dejaron probarlos, pero supongo que exquitos porque no dejaron ni un poquito de los mismos, después llegó la hamburguesa de mi hermano la cuál estaba buenísima y con vegetales bastantes frescos, el tumbarrancho que eligió mi hermana tenía una buena rebanada de queso de mano.
The first food to arrive was my little girl's tequeños, I can't tell you how good they were because they didn't let me try them, but I guess they were delicious because they didn't leave a bit of them, then came my brother's hamburger which was delicious and with fresh vegetables, the tumbarrancho that my sister chose had a good slice of hand cheese.
Mi patacón demoró bastante en ser llevado a la mesa y entiendo que las tapas de plátano deben estar bien crujientes, me gusto bastante que traía una generosa cantidad de pollo además de las salsas tradicionales y no tantos vegetales, lo cuál hizo que tuviera una perfecta armonía, tanto sabor me tenía realmente complacida y contenta con mi cómoda favorita de la gastronomía de mi estado.
My patacón took a long time to be brought to the table and I understand that the plantain tops must be very crunchy, I really liked that it had a generous amount of chicken plus the traditional sauces and not so many vegetables, which made it have a perfect harmony, so much flavor had me really pleased and happy with my favorite comfort food of the gastronomy of my state.
Debo decir que el servicio de comida ha mejorado y es más abundante la proteína que trae el patacón o hamburguesa, fue una riquísima experiencia que espero repetir pronto y más por su cercanía.
