I admit a big mistake of mine, I rarely have a decent breakfast, I often drink a quick coffee and maybe have a mid-morning snack but never a big breakfast, but today it's different, my husband had blood tests to do blood and then after leaving the clinic we decided to treat ourselves to a good breakfast in the bar next door. The typical Italian breakfast is usually sweet and not salty, however on some trips I have seen that in many countries breakfast is savory, I was amazed the first time I went to England and found eggs and bacon on my plate, unthinkable for me! So today obviously we started the day on a sweet note, especially since it's also Valentine's Day and in my eyes and taste buds this looks like a perfect Valentine's Day breakfast 💕 We therefore ordered two beautiful frothy cappuccinos, excellent, sweet and with the foam whipped in the right way, really delicious and then other sugars obviously, a cream croissant, simple but with a very delicate and compact cream, an empty croissant and a mini grandma's cake that is, a pastry with cream inside and pine nuts and icing sugar on top, a very classic cake that I have often made in the past. We really liked this breakfast and I take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!

Admito un gran error mío, rara vez tomo un desayuno decente, muchas veces tomo un café rápido y tal vez tomo un refrigerio a media mañana pero nunca un gran desayuno, pero hoy es diferente, mi esposo se hizo análisis de sangre para hacerme análisis de sangre y luego Al salir de la clínica decidimos darnos un capricho con un buen desayuno en el bar de al lado. El típico desayuno italiano suele ser dulce y no salado, sin embargo en algunos viajes he visto que en muchos países el desayuno es salado, quedé asombrada la primera vez que fui a Inglaterra y encontré huevos y tocino en mi plato, ¡impensable para mí! Así que hoy, obviamente, comenzamos el día con una nota dulce, especialmente porque también es el Día de San Valentín y, a mis ojos y a mis papilas gustativas, parece un desayuno perfecto para el Día de San Valentín 💕 Por eso pedimos dos preciosos capuchinos espumosos, excelentes, dulces y con la espuma bien montada, realmente deliciosos y luego otros azúcares obviamente, un croissant de nata, sencillo pero con una crema muy delicada y compacta, un croissant vacío y un mini de la abuela. bizcocho es decir, una masa con nata por dentro y piñones y azúcar glas por encima, un bizcocho muy clásico que he hecho muchas veces en el pasado.
