First I'm super surprised by the big celery Italian celery it's totally different and much thin !!!Whit this celery you can really make a lot of dishes and I love all about your veggie menu ❤️💕

        Yes, that's celery stalks, that's what we call what you're talking about. This is celeriac and we often use it in soups to give them real flavour. But as you can see, it's also suitable for other dishes, such as schnitzel, as shown here... it tasted delicious.
