Good morning, blog friends, how are you? I've been very busy lately, but yesterday I made a very filling recipe that I and my family loved, a kind of ranen rich in greens, very healthy and delicious.

For this recipe for two people, I used:

  • 80 grams of chow mein noodles
  • 60 grams of Brussels sprouts
  • 60 grams of celery
  • 70 grams of chard
  • 4 tablespoons of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • soy sauce to taste

Para esta receta para dos personas, usé:

  • 80 gramos de fideos chow mein
  • 60 gramos de coles de Bruselas
  • 60 gramos de apio
  • 70 gramos de acelga
  • 4 cucharadas de sal
  • 4 cucharadas de pimienta
  • 6 huevos
  • Salsa de soja al gusto

Primero, preparé el apio. Lo enjuagué bien con agua, luego comencé a rallarlo y finalmente corté la cantidad deseada en tiras. Después, preparé la acelga, enjuagándola bien con agua fría también, y la corté en tiras, reservándolas. Prepare una olla con 500 ml de agua y sal.
