We have a new recipe today! 😊 I have a special love for no-bake cheesecakes, but this time I have a new recipe. My hubby loves Turkish dessert San Sebastián and asked me to cook it. You can easily find this yummy thing in any coffee shop in Turkey. And everyone who has ever been to Turkey tried it for sure. There is even a saying "If you have problems in your life, the solution is San Sebastian with tea near the Galata Tower". And I agree with that - the atmosphere is incredible, and it's also delicious!
The ingredients are super simple, and it takes no more than an hour to prepare
Ingredients
800 grams of cottage cheese or cream-cheese (Labne)
200 ml of cream 33-35%
150 gr sugar
3 eggs
4 tbsp flour
10 gr of vanilla sugar
Chocolate (for the sauce)
STEP 1
First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Put 3 eggs into a bowl and mix them with the sugar using a mixer.
STEP 2
Add the cottage cheese to this mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 3
Add the cold cream and mix everything again with a mixer.
STEP 4
Next come the flour and vanilla sugar. The mixture should be homogeneous and without any lump.
STEP 5
Prepare the baking tin. Lay baking paper on the bottom of the tin, the walls of the tin should also be covered with baking paper. Pour the dough into the baking dish by straining it through a sieve. Do not be afraid that the mass is liquid, it should be!
STEP 6
We put it to a preheated oven to 220°C (428°F)
for 35-40 minutes. Heating mode on the top and bottom with ventilation.
STEP 7
When the time is up, take the cheesecake out and leave to cool for 20-30 minutes. The cheesecake will noticeably shrink in size - this is normal. When the cheesecake has cooled down put it to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
STEP 8
Before serving the dessert, I suggest using melted chocolate. Just mix milk chocolate, a little bit of milk and cream. Heat everything on the stove without bringing it to a boil. And pour the sauce over the cheesecake!
