Blooming Fried Potato and Cheese Meatballs

Meatballs are a favorite snack of many people in my area, of course, meatballs are usually prepared from meat and also prepared with noodles. This time, the sensation of enjoying meatballs with different preparations is certainly enjoyed by frying them in bloom. This time, I made the meatballs from potato and cheese, the combination of these two ingredients produces an extraordinary flavor.

I fell in love with the aroma of potatoes and cheese, and the combination of both made me feel an overwhelming sense of pleasure. These are meatless meatballs that are very good in my opinion, chewy with a distinctive flavor that I have never found in any other dish.

I found this recipe on social media a long time ago, I saved it and just made it for the first time. Yeah my first impression is that it's perfect and will be on your list of snacks to make at home.

Ingredients

150 grams tapioca flour
200 grams potato
¼ teaspoon chicken stock
¼ teaspoon salt
1 chicken egg




Preparation Procedure


The potatoes that I have boiled then I mashed, mashed by sifting or you can also chopper.

Add cheese and egg, stir until evenly mixed.

Add the egg then mix until well combined.

Then add salt and broth and also flour knead until the flour is evenly mixed and not sticky to the hands.

Round the dough like meatballs then boil in boiling water until it floats to the top of the water surface.

Remove and drain let the meatballs cool at room temperature.

Cut the top of the meatballs into 4 pieces so that they bloom when fried later. Fry with warm oil first and then stir until the potato meatballs are cooked perfectly. Then crimp the top according to taste.

Serving the potato meatballs with chili sauce is even more spectacular, I recommend that you enjoy them when they are done frying in warm conditions in the rainy season. This is more than the usual fast food snacks you enjoy outside, it tastes amazing, the combination of all the ingredients makes it even more deliciously savory.

The texture is chewy on the inside and slightly crunchier on the outside. I'm so glad this cake bloomed perfectly and didn't melt even though the cake was already cold. The right amount of frying until golden brown makes it look more sturdy.
