
Hello, food lovers! Today, I'm going to show you how to cook one of my favorite dishes: my special fried ekado, which is very easy to prepare. In my opinion, this is a type of homemade ekado that is very easy to make, and you're sure to have all the ingredients at home.

Well, ekado itself is one of my favorite foods. This dish is indeed that delicious, especially with the super crispy tofu skin after frying, making it even more delicious. The tenderness of the minced meat filling makes this dish so special and can be made anytime according to your taste.
Besides me, my husband also really likes it, even though it was his first time trying it, he immediately loved it. Hehe, our tastes are very similar; usually, what I like, he likes too. So, are you curious about the recipe? Let's take a look at the steps to make it.
Ingredients

1 clove of shallot
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of ground pepper
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Tofu skin as needed
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Green onions as needed for binding
Preparation Procedure
Boil the eggs briefly in boiling water until cooked, as quail eggs have very thin shells. Then peel the shells and set aside.


Cut the chicken meat into small pieces, then put all the onions, pepper, and salt in a chopper.


Don't forget to add the oyster sauce, then blend to your desired consistency.

Add a tablespoon of cornstarch and stir until evenly mixed.


Then prepare the tofu skin, take a spoonful of the meat mixture, and add 1 quail egg.


Wrap and tie with spring onions, and repeat until finished.

Then steam briefly for about 30 minutes. Remove and let cool for a while. Then fry until dry over low heat.




Result

My special chicken ekado with quail egg filling is ready to enjoy. I highly recommend serving it with chili sauce or even mayonnaise sauce. Everything is perfect, and it tastes so good. I think this would be an interesting idea to serve during family gatherings.
