Cireng Instant Noodle With Egg Soup

Noodles are always versatile and can be cooked in many ways, whether boiled, fried, or even steamed, and their taste is simply irresistible.



Previously, I’ve invited you to make vegan cireng, cireng tahu, and original cireng, and now the next variation Of course, non-vegan , instant noodle cireng And combination egg Soup. Of course, you may have never seen this unique cireng made from instant noodles mixed with tapioca flour, then enjoyed with a broth that’s so tempting. This time, you don’t have to enjoy noodles in the usual way. As you know, noodles can get boring when boiled repeatedly. So, in such situations, transforming them into another dish is truly necessary to make mealtime enjoyable again.

Instant noodle cireng is a type of instant noodle dish made by mixing instant noodles with tapioca flour. It is then fried and served with an egg sauce cooked like soup and deliberately made slightly spicy to make it more delicious. Are you curious about the recipe? Let's take a look below.




Ingredients

1 pack of instant noodles
3 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 egg
1 stalk of celery
2 cloves of shallots
1 clove of garlic
½ tomato
3 red chilies




Preparation


Boil the instant noodles until cooked and soft, then drain.

Chop the instant noodles into smaller pieces. Then mix with the tapioca flour.

Stir the flour and add salt to taste. Here, I added ¼ teaspoon, then shaped it into thin circles like cireng.

Then fry until golden brown or crispy, then set aside and now make the sauce.

Chop all the ingredients: tomatoes, onions, and celery.

Then sauté the onions with a little oil in a pan, then add the chopped tomatoes and chilies.

Add 300 ml of water, then add the celery leaves and instant noodle seasoning, and cook until boiling.

Add one egg, stir, and cook until done and the egg is cooked through.

Serving Suggestions

Serve noodle cireng with egg soup, then add tomato sauce or chili sauce to taste. Doesn't it look beautiful? This is a simple dish that is perfect to enjoy during the rainy season like now. Serve it hot in a serving bowl to whet your appetite.

The taste is delicious, savory and sweet with a crispy texture, but when mixed with the soup, it becomes soft with a texture that is just right on the tongue. The rich egg broth makes it even more unique. My suggestion is that if you have bok choy, it will be even more delicious.
