This time, you don’t have to enjoy noodles in the usual way. As you know, noodles can get boring when boiled repeatedly. So, in such situations, transforming them into another dish is truly necessary to make mealtime enjoyable again.

Instant noodle cireng is a type of instant noodle dish made by mixing instant noodles with tapioca flour. It is then fried and served with an egg sauce cooked like soup and deliberately made slightly spicy to make it more delicious. Are you curious about the recipe? Let's take a look below.
Ingredients

3 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 egg
1 stalk of celery
2 cloves of shallots
1 clove of garlic
½ tomato
3 red chilies
Preparation
Boil the instant noodles until cooked and soft, then drain.

Chop the instant noodles into smaller pieces. Then mix with the tapioca flour.

Stir the flour and add salt to taste. Here, I added ¼ teaspoon, then shaped it into thin circles like cireng.

Then fry until golden brown or crispy, then set aside and now make the sauce.

Chop all the ingredients: tomatoes, onions, and celery.


Then sauté the onions with a little oil in a pan, then add the chopped tomatoes and chilies.


Add 300 ml of water, then add the celery leaves and instant noodle seasoning, and cook until boiling.


Add one egg, stir, and cook until done and the egg is cooked through.
