Corn preparations always have many stories in the kitchen, processed into sweet foods, drinks cakes, even spicy foods become very tasty. Well this time as usual I will invite you to prepare a recipe for one of the unusual corn preparations. This time I processed corn into a savory dish, with a mixture of eggs and other seasoning combinations.
Egg Corn Omelet
Corn omelet is processed corn made by combining corn with eggs. Both are stirred in a container and then given black sesame seeds. A simple spice mixture with a little flour combination makes it more textured and has maximum thickness when cooked.

Ingredients Needed
1 egg
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
2 tablespoons flour
1 spring onion
1 celery stalk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon mushroom broth
Cooking Procedure
Boil the corn until cooked, with boiling water, here I boiled for about 15 minutes on high heat.

After cooking the corn is cooled and set aside in a container.

Corn then add with flour then stir until evenly distributed, also add chopped green onions and celery.

Loosen 1 egg until evenly mixed, then add salt and mushroom broth.

Well then add the egg covocations into the corn that has been tepungi stir until evenly mixed.

Add margarine in a hot mold then put the corn mixture and cook.

Result
The egg corn omelet was ready to be served, uhhh the aroma made me really hungry this time. I prepared this just in time for lunch so I don't have to enjoy anything else after this. This dish is very complete, combine it with chili sauce to get a great result in the dish.
It's nice to be able to enjoy such a simple yet very filling meal, the savory spicy taste from the chili sauce dipping uhh it's a great combination. The addition of spring onion makes it even better. There is a sweetness from the sweet corn, this flavor is natural and in my opinion very distinctive and has an extraordinary taste.
It is very suitable for you to prepare as a family gathering dish, or you can make this as a snack for your children at home because it is made very young and fast of course.
