Steamed Cauliflower Tofu
Steamed Cauliflower Tofu is a combination of cauliflower and tofu then mixed with several other ingredients and steamed in a mold. It is then cut and also fried crispy on the outside. Cauliflower is the only vegetable that when processed into anything is really very tasty. Moreover, a snack combined with tofu and shrimp makes a dish like no other, I'm sure you must also think that way, right?.

Ingredients Used
100 grams white tofu
1 egg
4 large shrimp
2 cloves garlic
2 cloves shallots
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon stock powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Cooking Procedure
Finely chop the cauliflower, then finely chop the shrimp or you can also chopper.
Finely chop the garlic and shallots, mash the white tofu until smooth here I use a fork.

Continue to mix cauliflower with tofu and minced shallots and garlic, add the chopped shrimp,

And then cornstarch then add salt and also broth powder.
Finally add the egg, mix everything well, then add it to a greased baking sheet.
Steam until cooked then wait to cool, and cut according to taste.
Roll into the egg yolk then fry until brownish yellow, when frying be careful not to stir because it will break easily.

Results
This delicious snack of cauliflower tofu stirred with shrimp and egg mixture has a very good taste. Who would have thought that the combination of all these ingredients could create such an authentic flavor. I think this is a new taste for me, but it was very well received by my tongue, savory, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I served it with mayonnaise and sauce and added a lot of chili powder, yeah this is because the taste of the dough is not spicy so I wanted to make it taste better when enjoyed by adding chili. This recipe makes 12 pieces of snack which is quite big in my opinion, it can be enjoyed by 2 to 3 people and it will definitely make you full faster because of the tofu.
