This time, I will show you how to prepare a very simple dish. Of course, it is very easy to prepare without cooking. This dish is very similar to overnight oats, but I usually call it chia seed pudding. For some reason, the combination of chia seeds is a very easy way to prepare a sweet and simple dessert.

Chia seed dragon fruit pudding is a pudding made from chia seeds mixed with oats and dragon fruit pieces to create a natural, refreshing fruit flavor. This dish is perfect as a dessert and tastes great after being refrigerated for a while. In my opinion, after being refrigerated, the dessert becomes even more delicious and very refreshing. Here, I will guide you through the preparation steps one by one.




Ingredients Needed

50 grams of dragon fruit
50 grams of oats
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of honey
200 ml of whole milk




Preparation Procedure


Soak the chia seeds in milk until they expand. I soak them for about 10 minutes.

Add the oats to the chia seed mixture and stir until evenly mixed and the oats and milk thicken into a dough-like consistency.

Don't forget to add honey and a pinch of salt, or you can skip the salt, then stir until evenly mixed and let it sit for a while.

Chop the dragon fruit into small cubes according to your preference. Finally, add the pieces to the soaked chia seeds and oats and refrigerate for 30 minutes before enjoying.
