Hi foodie lovers, this time I will invite you to prepare one of the recipes that is very easy to prepare at home. Instant noodles with a combination of vegetables create an amazingly delicious dish to enjoy with your family at home.
Instant Noodle Nuggets
These instant noodle nuggets are often sold in the market in the morning as another traditional cake. I usually find them in markets not far from home. They combine yellow fanir flour as the coating, for a delicious finish. However, this time I only have white fanir flour as an outer coating and I think both will produce the same dish.
Ingredients Needed
2 eggs
2 carrots
4 cabbage
1 spring onion
1 celery
2 shallot cloves
1 garlic clove
2 red chili peppers
2 cayenne peppers
Making Procedure
Indomie is boiled in boiling water until perfectly cooked according to what you want.

Grate the carrots until smooth with grated cheese, then chop the cabbage.

If already chopped, add cabbage to carrots. Then finely chop the chili, onion and celery leaves. Then add everything to the carrot container.
Stir then add the egg then stir again until well mixed.

Season with instant noodle seasoning and add enough salt and then add instant noodles.

Stir again and then add on a baking sheet that has been greased with oil, steam for about 20 minutes.

Then then wait to cool remove from the a baking sheet and then cut with the shape and size you want.
Then prepare flour that has been stirred with water, then dip it in wet flour. And sprinkle with fanir do until finished.

Then fry with hot oil until golden brown.

Result
Instant noodle nuggets are ready to enjoy, serve with your favorite sauce as I usually enjoy them with hot sauce. Well usually nuggets are very favored by children especially with the noodle and vegetable version I'm sure they will also like it even without chicken or other meat.
The taste is very authentic in my opinion, the combination of noodles, eggs and vegetables makes this dish savory and delicious with its version. I really like it especially in spicy sauce ahh it feels like a luxury food.

Now for the size of the nuggets themselves you can determine according to your wishes. For me, I like the thicker ones so that the inside is soft. When combined with the sauce, it gives a fantastic flavor.
