Instans Noodle and milk is a new combination for me. But who would have thought that indomie could level up when combined in one bowl like this.

Hi culinary lovers, this time I will invite you to prepare something new. Yes, you may be used to adding milk to your dishes. But in my area milk is very foreign in spicy dishes, we usually use coconut milk to serve spicy food.

Well different from the usual milk I combine with instant noodles. I found this recipe on social media after my friend told me about noodles with milk. My curiosity got the best of me, so I ventured online and found this recipe. It's so easy you'll love it, the combination of the two ingredients produces a new flavor for me.

Curious about the preparation process, let's see the preparation steps.

Ingredients Used

Doesn't this look very tempting, hehe this is the first time I tried it, it turns out that noodles with milk are the right combination. Of course you have to accentuate the spicy flavor so that the aroma of milk is not excessive. As a noodle lover, maybe this will be a new menu list for me, because it is very delicious. But I suggest you reduce the milk a bit so that the flavor is not overwhelming and maybe in the future I can use just 50 to 70 ml of milk. It all depends on your individual taste.

Well for the taste of the whole is all good, the texture of the noodles is very fitting and very suitable to be made into soup noodles with the addition of milk as the main ingredient of the soup. The taste is savory, there is a little sweetness of milk but not sweet like sugar. The addition of cayenne pepper makes this dish spicy just right plus I added a sprinkle of chili powder to increase the crazy spicy disoni. Hehe I am indeed a spicy lover for those of you who are not allowed to skip yes.
