Fuyunghai Oyster Mushrooms for the First Time

The following dish will make you feel the sensation of eating eggs with a combination of oyster mushrooms which is upscale in my opinion. How eggs become so luxurious with super flavours.




Oyster Mushroom Fuyunghai

Fuyunghai is a Chinese speciality made from an omelette mixed with various ingredients, both vegetables and meat and many other types. So this time I will make fuyunghai with a mixture of mushrooms as the main combination. I made the sauce with a combination of chilli and tomato sauce with a mixture of carrot vegetables. The gong, in my opinion, is to give a little of the flavour of the oyster mushroom sauce which makes it even more delicious.

If fuyunghai is usually made without flour, here I added a spoon of sajiku brand all-purpose flour. This flour will give my fuyunghai a taller and firmer texture. So that it will make it more delicious, curious about the recipe let's see the preparation steps!.




Ingredients

Main Ingredients


2 eggs
50g oyster mushrooms
1 spoon all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt

Sauce Ingredients


1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 spring garlic
1 spring onion
1 shallot
1 tablespoon oyster sauce




Cooking Procedure


I first shred the mushrooms into small pieces then wash them thoroughly and squeeze out the water content of the mushrooms.

Beat 2 eggs by adding whisked salt until the salt dissolves in the eggs.

Add all-purpose flour and beat until evenly mixed, then I add oyster mushrooms.

Stir and let everything mix evenly, then fry with enough oil in Teflon, don't forget to turn it over so that it cooks evenly.

The sauce ingredients I prepared first I cut the carrot lengthways. Then finely chop the shallots and garlic.

Sauté the garlic in oil then add the carrots and also chopped tomatoes and spring onions.

Cook until wilted then add all the salt, sauce and give enough water to cook until the water shrinks.

Fuyunghai is ready to serve, I arranged the eggs on a plate and then poured the cooked sauce over them. Look at everything so colorful I really like this combination so tempting to the eye. Spectacular for everything I am very satisfied the first impression is so happy right?.

The flavor description is so delicious, the taste of egg yad with mushrooms is very good indeed. There is a distinct savory taste in this dish, the combination of spicy sweet and savory sauce makes the fuyunghai dough very good indeed. Wow! MUSHROOM, this is very yummy. we cooked and eat mushroom but just adobo. your recipe is new to me so I would copy your recipe.
