Burgers are a fast-food staple that’s always a crowd-pleaser. Not only are they a favorite among kids, but they’re also often a go-to option when they’re eating out. Today, I’m going to make a burger without a bun—instead, I’ll serve it with an unusual ingredient: instant noodles

The instant noodle burger is a creative take on the classic burger, using instant noodles as a substitute for the bun. Topped with vegetables and a crispy chicken patty, this burger stands out from the rest.
This dish was inspired by a recipe I saw on social media, where noodles were used as the burger bun. It’s such a unique twist that anyone who tries it is sure to love it.
Ingredients

Salt to taste
1 packet of instant noodles
2 lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 shallot
2 cloves garlic
Breadcrumbs as needed
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon bouillon powder
Instructions
First, I make the chicken patties. Finely chop the onion by hand with salt and mushroom broth.

Add the ground chicken and breadcrumbs, then mix until well combined and easy to shape.

Once shaped, dip the patties in breadcrumbs until evenly coated. Then fry until golden brown using just a little oil.

Mix the boiled Indomie noodles with the egg until well combined, then fry in a pan, shaping them into rounds.

Repeat until finished. Once done, assemble the noodle burger by adding vegetables and sauce, then place the patty and the noodle burger on top.

Result

I intentionally left the toothpick in the instant noodles to keep the burger together. The melted sauce and mayonnaise make this burger even more delicious, and the mix of vegetables adds a vibrant touch when served.

As for the taste, there’s no need to ask—everything is perfect. The patty is crispy, even though it’s seasoned only with salt, and the flavor is incredibly delicious. I absolutely love the combination of savory, spicy, and savory flavors that are just right in the mouth. I think this is the best way to make a burger and enjoy instant noodles.
