Lumpia has always been a fried snack and a favorite of mine. I often found fried spring rolls with different fillings when I was buying them at the market. This inspired me to make fried spring rolls with a delicious filling: instant noodles. Noodles are always a favorite among many. This snack is especially delicious during the rainy season. Enjoyed after frying and draining briefly, the crispy outside and soft inside of the instant noodles are undeniably delicious.

Serve the fried spring rolls with the instant noodle filling. Serve hot to create a crispy texture on the outside and a soft, soft texture on the inside. The combination of the noodles and spring roll wrappers is undeniably perfect. Savory and umami, especially when dipped in a mixture of chili and tomato sauce, it adds an unparalleled deliciousness.

This snack is perfect for relaxing, but don't make it too often, as these are instant noodles and are fried. But there's no denying that these noodles are truly delicious, with a perfect savory combination.

Cooking is more than just the act of preparing food; it is a gesture of generosity. Sharing a recipe is, in essence, sharing a piece of your own peace of mind and well-being.

It’s admirable how you elevate something as everyday as noodles to an experience that celebrates contrasts: that crunchy texture that protects the softness within is an excellent metaphor for life itself. Thank you for reminding us that happiness doesn’t depend on complexity, but on the intention with which we carry out the simplest of tasks. A very welcome gesture of warmth.

So delicious!

I like a lot spring rolls but I never made them with instant noodles ❤️❤️ nice idea 😁
