Enjoy the sensation of chocolate with biscuit ball crumbs, simple and easy to prepare and a favorite of many.

This chocolate snack is one of my nephew's favorite snacks. Yesterday at home there was a family gathering so I prepared snacks for my nephews. They are very adorable little girls. I thought they would really like these chocolate ball snacks, with colored toppings. I also deliberately didn't want to make too many so that they would only get 2 to 3 pieces per person. I was afraid of being scolded by their moms later.

These chocolate balls are an easy way to prepare quick snacks at home. Relying on whatever biscuits you have will speed up the preparation process. I also added colorful sprinkles to attract their attention.

Here are the steps of the preparation process!

Ingredients Needed

20 pieces of milk biscuits
1 scoop of butter
5 scoops of sweetened condensed milk
To taste chocolate bar
To taste colored sprinkles

Making Procedure

Prepare the biscuit pieces then break them into small pieces and put them in a chopper.

Chopper until the biscuits are perfectly smooth.

Add sweetened condensed milk then knead while stirring until it forms and is easily rounded. Shape like a small ball.

Then cut the chocolate then melt it with margarine.

After the chocolate melts while hot dip the biscuit balls and add sprinkles on top. Now so that the chocolate is not wasted I leave the biscuit cake in a cup mold.

Now serve the chocolate biscuits and keep it in the refrigerator for a while so that the texture is more solid and we can store it in an airtight container later. I really like the end result of this dish, it looks so adorable. The biscuit layer is very sturdy and perfectly covered with the chocolate layer. Everything is now ready to be enjoyed, just make sure everything combines well. Now the safe tip is to use your best chocolate, in Indonesia chocolate is quite expensive, I bought a standard chocolate to make this.

Now for those of you who are confused when your biscuits don't run out at home, don't throw them away, just turn them into this snack. Very suitable as a welcome dish for guests, especially your children

That cup mold trick to catch all the extra chocolate is genius, no chocolate left behind. Using milk biscuits with condensed milk makes this so quick for a family day. Do you chill the balls a little before dipping or go straight from rolling to the chocolate? Limiting pieces is smart too, keeps the moms happy.

Yeah I don't want the chocolate to go to waste" when it's perfectly formed😁.
I let them dip directly into the chocolate after melting the chocolate in the pan. Then I keep it in the refrigerator so that the chocolate hardens quickly.

Makes total sense, dipping right away saves every last drop. Do you use compound chocolate or regular bar chocolate, and about how long do they take to set in the fridge? Do you add the sprinkles right after dipping so they stick, or wait a minute for the coating to firm up a little?

It only took about 15 minutes for it to harden completely. I added the sprinkles directly after dipping.

Fifteen minutes is quicker than I expected. Are you using milk or dark chocolate for the coating, and does the margarine make it glossy enough on its own? Do you ever add a splash of oil if it gets too thick? One more thing, do they release cleanly from the cup molds or do you line them first?
