Mini fried chicken dumplings are a simple snack you can easily make at home. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious snack that you and your family can enjoy while relaxing.

Ingredients

Wonton wrappers, as needed
75 grams tapioca flour
4 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
¼ teaspoon salt
2 stalks celery
Instructions
Mix the ground chicken with tapioca flour, then add chopped celery leaves.

Add oyster sauce and stir until well combined, then finely chop the shallots and salt by hand.

Add the ground spices to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Take one spoonful of the mixture and place it into the small pieces of wonton wrappers.

Then pinch the top corners of each wrapper closed; repeat until all the mixture is used up.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Let cool, then serve with sauce.

Result

Just look at the result—it’s so beautiful, and everything looks so crispy, doesn’t it? Yeah, the result is indeed crispy on the outside with a soft, chewy filling—it tastes amazing. It’s just like enjoying crispy fried meatballs—that’s exactly how it tastes, perfect; I really love it.

The combination of the savory and soft filling is just right in the mouth. The savory flavor is just right and not spicy at all, which is why I serve them with chili sauce that I’ve thinned out with warm water. Because they really taste better when dipped in a thinner sauce.

For those of you who want mini dumplings with a crispy fried chicken filling, try this recipe—I guarantee you’ll love it.
