Unlike usual, I turned bananas into a beautiful and super delicious cake. They look like ordinary bananas, but when cooked, they become delicious soft banana cookies. That's the beauty of baking—it's hard to predict. Simple ingredients, when processed, somehow transform dramatically and become irresistible when enjoyed.

Banana soft cookies are an idea for banana-based treats from one of the popular social media platforms in my country. It kept popping up on my feed, so I decided to give it a try. The unique part is the use of palm sugar as an additional sweetener in these cookies. I thought the color would turn darker brown due to the sugar, but it actually makes the cookies more aromatic instead.
Ingredients

1 egg
100 grams palm sugar
50 grams chocolate chips
50 grams butter
50 grams granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Procedure

Bake until golden brown, which means it's done at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes or adjust according to your oven. Since I wanted it a bit crispy, I baked it until golden brown to achieve the right texture.

The sweetness is just right, not too much. I think this is the best way to use ripe bananas ever. The taste is truly amazing on my tongue. I especially love the vibrant brown color. I'm so happy to have made banana cookies for the first time and succeeded perfectly.
