The delicious sensation of soupy dishes always gives an interesting impression in the serving bowl. Tape is usually enjoyed directly but look at this made with processed combinations of various ingredients. Being like soup or even often here we mention it as a porridge that is soupy and very delicious to enjoy.

Cassava tape is processed fermented cassava. If I have previously made processed tape that is made into sponge cake with a sprinkling of jackfruit seeds on top or tape that is processed into snacks fried with spring roll skin.

Actually this is an old post but I forgot to post it and I just realized when I was rummaging through my gallery. It's unfortunate that the recipe I made forgot to share with you, isn't it? Well, this recipe itself has long been our mainstay recipe at home when we have tape.

Well, today I will show you how to make processed tape made with the following porridge.
You can see the previous post here

If you have never tried cassava tape, then try to enjoy it directly first. Then you will feel a different pleasure when the tape is processed. Well actually this cassava tape I bought it yesterday when I did an afternoon walk.

After enjoying it halfway directly, I took the initiative to make something different with tape. Then came the idea of making tape into coconut milk sauce like this. There is a special combination that will make this tape more delicious. Of course, I added a combination of kolang kaling seeds in it.

Here I will show you how to prepare this tape porridge for dessert dinner with your family at home!.

Ingredients used

100 grams of kolang kaling
100 grams cassava tape
200 ml thick coconut milk
50 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
2 pandan leaves

Making Procedure

Prepare the cassava tape, then cut it into small pieces according to your taste. Here I cut approximately 2 cm so that the tape is not easily crushed when stirred in coconut milk later.

Cook the coconut milk over medium heat then add the pandan leaves and summarize the pandan leaves if you want you can also just cut them.

Enter the kolang kaling seeds that have been boiled until tender first, then stir.

Add the seasoning salt, milk and vanilla powder and cook until the coconut milk boils completely.

Next add the tape pieces then cook for a while. Approximately 1 minute to avoid tape crushed in coconut milk later it tastes less good.

Result

Serve the kolang kaling tape porridge in a bowl, this porridge is very good for digestion. As we know kolang kaling has special properties as an ingredient to improve digestion.

The sweet, savory, slightly sour taste blends perfectly in the cooked coconut milk. Sweet, sour and very delicious, if you want something different from cassava tape try this recipe.

This recipe makes two servings of pureed tape. You'll see that you'll enjoy something different from this coconut milk-based tape.

A little touch of cheese sprinkles will also be very tasty, I deliberately added sweetened condensed so that the texture of the porridge is creamier and tastier, but again, don't replace coconut milk with liquid milk, just sweetened condensed so that the taste is not too over.
