A simple snack that utilizes all the ingredients in the house will surely make you love it, right? I know most housewives would want an easy way to prepare anything at home. Including this dish, processed tofu with a combination of sausages that bloom on top makes this dish look very attractive. Surely your family will love it, this processed tofu was inspired by a recipe on the internet some time ago. Yeah I love looking at recipes on social media especially on this platform I always find new recipes from different parts of the world here.
It's great to learn anything about food, I appreciate any food whether it's a simple dish or one that takes a long time to prepare. In my opinion, the beautiful end result makes the exhausting process at the beginning worth it. Hehe I'm sure those of you out there who love cooking must have the same thoughts as me.
Well this time I will share a processed recipe from white tofu, well this recipe is also at the same time my participation in the @HiveTopCheff competition, hopefully I'm not too late for this competition. It just so happens that this week's theme is tofu, isn't tofu a type of ingredient that is very easy to find anywhere?, therefore let's do the preparation.
Ingredients Used
3 pieces of sausage
1 carrot
1 egg
1 spring onion
2 shallot cloves
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon stock powder (optional)
2 scoops cornstarch
Cooking procedure
First prepare the vegetables, cut the carrots into small pieces, then cut the leeks and celery.
Finely chop the shallots and garlic, like chopping carrots, you can also chop coarsely.

Next crush the tofu with a fork until smooth.

Then add all the vegetables and onions that have been finely chopped earlier.

Stir until evenly distributed then add flour and also broth and salt.
Add ground pepper then stir again until evenly distributed well the dough is ready to use.
Prepare the sausage cut into 3 parts then split the sausage at the top into 4 parts.

Grease the mold with oil then add the dough in the mold, don't forget to compact it when in the mold then insert one piece of sausage.
After the dough is ready, steam the dough for about 10 minutes, the sausage will expand when it is cooked.

If it is cooked, cool it briefly then remove it from the mold.

Prepare a loose beaten egg then put one tofu sausage in the egg making sure all parts are exposed to the egg.
Fry until brownish yellow in a lot of oil using low heat so that it cooks evenly.

Result
Blooming sausage tofu is ready to serve, add sauce or mayonnaise to enjoy this dish. Very delicious and certainly has a very soft texture. The steamed tofu dough makes it taste more pure tofu plus there are vegetables in it. Everything is so complete. And the most interesting thing is that I love how the sausage cracks and makes it more interesting.
