Super Spicy Shredded Chicken Sambal Matah

Spicy dishes are always tantalizing, this time you will be shown a dish prepared from chicken that is enjoyed with a blend of sambal matah which is rich in spices.




Ayam Suir Sambal Matah


Ayam suir sambal matah is processed fried chicken that is shredded and then stirred with super spicy sambal matah. Sambal matah itself is processed from various mixtures of chili pieces, lime leaves, lemongrass, and shallots. The combination is served raw and only poured with hot oil.

Lime juice is added to the sambal matah then produces a super flavor in my opinion. Spicy savory and certainly very fresh then stirred in suir chicken that has been fried.

For the shredded chicken, you can boil the chicken first then shred it and fry it. Or you can just fry the shredded chicken like I did. But it is easier to shred first so that the texture of the chicken is lighter.




Ingredients

200 grams chicken
10 lime leaves
4 cloves shallots
1 clove garlic
3 lemongrass stalks
10 chili peppers
3 curly red chili peppers
3 green chili peppers
1 tablespoon lime flavoring




Making Procedure


Prepare the lime leaves first, remove the bones and cut them into small pieces.

Cut lemongrass, then garlic and shallots chopped until smooth, don't forget to chop small round chilies.

Then I shred the chicken to finish if all the ingredients are ready it's time to make sambal matah. Combine all ingredients except shredded chicken in one container.

Add mushroom broth, salt and also lime juice stir until evenly distributed, then heat the cooking oil and pour it in a container that has been put in sambal matah ingredients.

Then add the sambal matah ingredients that have been combined with oil into the shredded chicken then stir until evenly mixed.

Results and Serving Suggestions

Spicy shredded chicken sambal matah is ready to be served, serve with warm rice and enjoy. Look at this is very delicious and can make you want to continue but again do not enjoy too much because it is super spicy and oily to taste.

I enjoyed it with my husband during the day he didn't really like it because of the lemongrass and fresh lime leaves. But that's what makes it even more delicious, it all depends on the taste of each of us, right? What is clear is that the savory, spicy taste is very delicious, suitable as a side dish with warm rice or maybe a bread filling is also delicious!.

Hi @nurfay, Seems like very delicious chicken sambal. In our kitchen we didn't try to make chicken sambal like as your recipe. Adding lemon juice to this dish enhance more taste sure. When I'll free, try to prepare at home. Thanks.
