At the beginning of 2026, I will start to be active again with very happy days. This year I have a very beautiful little daughter named Almeera,That's why I couldn't make a post last month looking after our little girl who is still small.
later I will tell you about my experience of how I was able to have our little daughter and the very long struggle.
My mother has been living with me for a long time since I was pregnant, about a year or so, usually every morning my child always plays with my mother, suddenly my mother wants a lunch menu Raw starfruit sour with shrimp but with a spicy taste, my mother really likes spicy food😆

- 2 grams of small shrimp
- 2 shallots
- cayenne pepper 25 pieces
- star fruit 8 pieces
- orange leaves 7 pieces
- 1 lime
- salt to taste
Step 1
First, I will do the shrimp part first, add salt and lime, squeeze it and mix it and wait until it is absorbed to reduce the fishy smell.

Step 2
Second, I prepare the raw materials which I will cut into pieces to grind later.
Here I start with star fruit, cut it into round cubes or you can cut it according to your taste as long as it makes it easier for us to grind it later.

Step 3
Next, finely slice the lime leaves thinly to add fragrance to the spices in the dish later, and we also slice the onions thinly.
Step 4
Next, combine all the ingredients we have prepared, including starfruit, lime leaves, onions and chilies, in a container that we will grind later.

Step 5
Heat the oil just a little then add the shrimp and fry briefly until slightly reddish.Then add the shrimp to the ingredients and grind.

Step 6
The final step is to grind the ingredients that we have combined slowly until everything is crushed, don't forget to add salt and adjust the taste to suit.
Here I grind it not too finely so that the texture of each ingredient can be felt more clearly when we eat it.
