Iyanapaja soup with Semo (sapa)season food🤗

I’m here to share a vibe with you all 😋my iyanapaja vegetable soup
This leafy green is a local treasure (popular in Nigeria) and though I don’t know all its secrets, the buzz is it’s iron-packed and great for boosting blood health!

I’m sharing my iyanapaja garden soup, aka( kinukun in my house)mostly i use it in sapa season is my survival kit. When money’s tight and meat’s a dream, this leafy soup fills bellies, no shame.🤗 It’s humble, iron-rich, and a vibe for tough times for me and my house hold

Here’s how I prepare iyanapaja soup it can go with any swallow or even make it for rice soup,but am taken it with semolina.
Ingredients:
Iyanapaja leaves

onions

Locusts beans

peppers
salt
crayfish (optional)
palm oil and seasony

water.
Preparation:

1.Grand iru (locusts beans)onion, pepper, curry leaves and red peppers together on the olota(local stone).you can make use of hand manual blender or electric blender any of your choice.

2.:Rinse and chop veggies,(blanch) pour boiling water on leaves, let sit for a few mins. Chop into small bits (size as you vibe).

3. Heat a bit of oil, add the ground mix. Stir, season with salt and seasony

Add water, simmer 5 to 10 mins then pour our vegetables and wait for some minutes to cook well

4. Semolina Swallow How to cook Ingredients:
* 2 cups semolina flour
* 2–3 cups of water (adjust as needed)

Preparation: boil water on fire till it well boiled

Mixed your semolina powder In a bowl with cold water to make a paste then Stir smoothly.

Once your water is well boiled pour you paste and wait till tick

then started pouring semolina powder little by little till it ticks to your satisfaction

put small water and cover for 3 minutes. Free to serve.
