Delicious Egusi soup with uziza leaf

Hello foodies lovers how are you guys doing,i hope you all are doing well. Today i cook Egusi soup with uziza leaf this afternoon so i want to share my recipe.

This soup is very simple but delicious, sometimes i use better leaf,ukazi,sentleaf to make my Egusi soup.But today i prepared with uziza leaf.

My ingredients


Half dericka of blended Egusi

10g Uziza leaf

1 cooking spoon red oil

Beaf meat

Stock fish

1 magala fish

Crayfish

Kpomo

Red pepper

1 onion

2 Seasonings

Salt to taste

                   Preparation 

Washing my beaf,stock fish and putting inside a clean pot.washing my paper and onion,i sliced my onions blend my paper and added it to the pot then i added my salt and seasoning and water then set inside fire to start cooking.

               Second

When my meat started cooking at about 5 minutes i added my red oil,i wash my kpomo and magala and put inside the pot.i didn't put kpomo at first because it was soft so i don't want it to over cook that is y i added it when my meat is done.

               Third 

I added my egusi,i allow it for like 5 minutes so i blended my crayfish and added then add salt and seasoning

    Fourth 

I sliced my uziza leaf,i washed it and added it inside the soup then i mixed it very well and allow it for like 2 minutes and my soup is done.
