RE: Sundays are for slowcooking | Not every stew is a winner: Goulash

in Foodies Bee Hivelast month

Dunno how it tastes, but it sure looks great! Ratattouille for me today, decided to try and plan my meals a little better, and Sunday seems a perfect day to do it!

Sort:

Yeah indeed sunday is the perfect day for all of this. How did it turn out in the end?

(and uhh...I dont know if I am cursing now, but uhhh...this has some resemblence to goulash right?)

Yes it does! 😁

I made a good bunch of rattatouille, but the best was my first ever home made granola: it turned out sooo good!

Wo!!! This looks awesome for real. What did you all put in there?

(Make a post mannnn)

I should have registered the process for a decent post, but can do it next time; for sure I'll do this again! I've placed whole oat flakes, linseed, pumpkin seeds, smaller quantity of almonds and walnuts, 2 spoons of coconut oil, honey and 3 spoons of coconut sugar (I might have gone overboard on the sweetness part :): all mixed, oven, and ta-daaaaa! Perfect, healtyish, and waaay cheaper than buying it!
