Today, my sister visited with her son, and since he's growing up, we're starting to introduce solid foods to his diet. I thought of making something special for him. I remembered buying a packet of colorful sweet vermicelli last week and decided to make that for him. Since he's still very young and can't eat spicy food, I wanted to make something sweet, and this seemed like a perfect option for him.

INGREDIENTS
1-coloured flavoured vermicelli 500 g
2-oil
3-Cardamom 3-4 pieces
4- sugar according to your taste
5-milk three glasses
6-custard powder two teaspoons spoons
HOW TO MAKE
First of all, we will add oil to the pan and add the coloured flavoured vermicelli to it. Then we will fry them for 5 minutes so that their color turns a little brown, which will make them more delicious, as you can see.
After this, we will add one cup of milk to the vermicelli and along with it, add three to four cardamom and sugar according to your taste and then mix them well and let them cook for five minutes.
Making custord paste for vermicelli
We have to make a custard paste to add to the vermicelli. For this, we will take half a cup of cold milk and add two tablespoons of custard paste to it. Remember, we do not take hot milk because if we make custard paste in hot milk, it will form lumps and our vermicelli will not turn out well.
we will also add the remaining two and a half glasses of milk because we used half a cup to make the custard paste.After that, we will add the custard paste that we made to the vermicelli.
After that, we will mix it well and let it boil well and we have to keep stirring it with a spoon because we have added sugar to it because it can stick to the bottom.And our vermicelli will start to look something like this.
We will boil it well for 10 minutes And our coloured flavoured vermicelli is ready.Take it out in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator to cool and then take it out on a plate and serve it.
If you want, you can also add almonds, raisins and pistachios to it. I didn't add them because he is a small child and can't chew all of them, but you can add them according to your wish. When we fed him this, he was eating it with great pleasure and enthusiasm.Seeing him eat with such enthusiasm made my heart so happy, all my tiredness went away.
