Reading a little, I remembered that a couple of weeks ago it had been International Escargot Day, and I remembered that I wrote about it at the time.
I've never tried this dish, but just reading about the white wine sauce with butter and garlic made me really hungry. I'm curious about the flavor of the dish itself.
By the way, despite the small space inside the restaurant, it is quite pleasant that the food was good.
