Hey, Ryana! Thanks for sharing this recipe! It looks like a very tasty meal, and not that complicated to prepare... Which sounds like something that even I could do... Hehehehe...

I remember my mom was doing something similar when I was a child, but I can't remember the exact name... But, I do remember that she did similar steps to you, but instead of cooking it in oil, she put it in the oven and baked it! It was also crispy outside, but maybe not that crunchy on the inside... But I loved it!
