Oh, man... This all looks so tasty! 😃
I remember well that my mom and grandma were using Smetana (Tejföl en Hungarian) a lot in their dishes and very often, for breakfast as a coating on bread with a bit of paprika and salt!

To my surprise, when we moved to Spain, we couldn't find it anywhere! Luckily, it is used in German cuisine, so Aldi supermarket was a saver... 😃 But, now that you shared the recipe and it's not complicated to make it, maybe we should do it at home!

Yes, it's not easy to find around the world. In my country there aren't any places for that. This recipe is very good and close to the original taste.
